Scholarships
a/e ProNet has established various national scholarship funds administered through professional societies, including locally administered grants available for awards in each member's local territory. National scholarships are awarded principally to students of architecture and engineering schools where the applicant's studies principally emphasize practice management.

The following are current scholarship programs:

American Institute of Architects Scholarship. This is open to third & fourth year, and graduate students of architecture at an accredited college or university. Eligible candidates are required to submit an application to AIA's national headquarters in Washington, DC, on their standard application form. The AIA scholarship committee then reviews the application to determine which of the candidates best expresses an interest in practice management studies as part of their architectural education. The promotion and selection are handled entirely by AIA. The 2010 application deadline was October 6, 2010. The $2,500 annual award is given to a student who best demonstrates strong interest in practice management. For more information and to obtain applications for the scholarship, please visit:
